In the quest for optimal health, I know that diet plays a leading role. This year I have vowed to get to a healthy BMI WITHOUT pills. So the target is to do it in 12 months.
I will be publishing my food diary as well as some healthy recipes to replace those we inherited from our forefathers that we still eat today…
The only thing still delaying the onset of this life changing exercise is that my pre ordered exercise equipment has still not been delivered.
