I have often wondered at what point in our history as a nation did we embrace fizzy drinks……It is plain disservice to our bodies. A bottle of the famous cola drinks has about 9 teaspoons of sugar…..IMAGINE THAT…….That is what you ingest when you drink these cola drinks.
THEN there’s the malt drinks……Sugar again…(just check the calorie content in a bottle written on the label……..THEN the so called juices…..I mean the packaged one’s……..chemicals + sugar…..Whatever happened to good old drinking water?……No Sugar and so zero calories
Drinking Water aids weightloss by helping flush out toxins from the body and freeing up the liver to metabolize fat. It also helps to control / suppress appetite.
Researchers claim that the centre in the brain for registering hunger is the same place for registering thirst. So …….the next time you feel hungry……..slam down a glass of water first and if you still feel hungry after some time then eat. (Remember portion control).
Drinking enough water makes your skin glow and look younger; as impurities keep getting flushed out of your system a glowing complexion will be revealed because water mosturizes and detoxifies the skin.

How much water should we drink….some sources say 6-8 glasses daily…….But me I do more than that ; I just satisfy my thirst .
If you find it difficult / boring to drink ordinary water you can add in lemon, cucumber, orange etc.
I drink until my pee is pale …..very close to colourless …..like water….
